I am a UX Researcher at TOPdesk with 6+ years of experience in HCI and applied UX research.
At TOPdesk, I advocate focusing on user needs coming first for better user-centered service management software. Previously, I worked as a researcher at INRIA France and Human Interface Technology Lab New Zealand, earning my Ph.D. in Human Interface Technology (Virtual Reality). My passion is understanding user needs and behaviors to design products and services that meet their needs in order to make data-driven business decisions.
